TVET Career Bootcamp 2026
Rural Development Training Centre (RDTC) successfully hosted the final leg of the TVET Career Bootcamp 2026 under the inspiring theme ‘Skills up: from Skills to Success’.
We are incredibly grateful to the Department of Employment and Entrepreneurship (DoEE), the Labour Market Information and Career Guidance Division (LMICGD), and the BEST Project for bringing this invaluable initiative to our trainees. Our students spent the day gaining critical workforce tools, including:
• Market Insights: Understanding Bhutan’s current labour market trends.
• Job Strategy: Masterclasses in CV writing and application skills.
• Digital Tools: Navigating the Bhutan Labour Market Information System (BLMIS).
• DoEE Support: Learning about official employment programs and services.
Equipping our trainees with both technical expertise and robust employability skills ensures they leave RDTC fully prepared to succeed. Thank you to everyone who made this bootcamp a massive success across all five TVET institutes!
