Bakery and Confectionary Training underway at RDTC

The Rural Development Training Centre (RDTC) is currently conducting a Bakery and Confectionary Training from 1st December to 31st December 2025. A total of 12 participants from various Dzongkhags across the country are taking part in this month-long training program.

The training aims to equip participants with essential knowledge and practical skills in:

  1. Baking cakes
  2. Baking breads
  3. Making creams and fillings
  4. Baking cookies

This program enables participants to develop professional-level bakery skills that can support livelihood opportunities and entrepreneurship in their home communities.
