Barista Training underway at RDTC
The Rural Development Training Centre (RDTC) is currently conducting a Barista Training from 21st October to 20th November 2025. A total of 23 participants from various Dzongkhags across the country are taking part in this month-long training program.
The institute warmly welcomed the new batch of trainees encouraging them to embrace creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit in the growing field of barista skills and beverage service.
This hands-on training program is designed to equip participants with essential knowledge and practical skills in:
- Coffee types
- Milk shake types
- Smoothies types
- Tea types
- Boba tea types
The comprehensive curriculum aims to prepare participants to pursue employment opportunities or to launch their own beverage-related ventures, contributing to both individual livelihoods and local economic development.
